Field Service Engineer - Northern Italy

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping cutting-edge Proteomics instruments running at customer sites across Italy, Switzerland, and South France. You'll diagnose hardware, software, and chemistry issues, turning frustrated customers into fans.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair complex lab systems on-site
• Troubleshoot tricky technical problems under pressure
• Drive root-cause fixes, not just band-aids
• Be the face of the company for approximately 60% of your time on the road

What You'll Bring:

• A science/engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Solid grounding in optical, electrical, and mechanical systems
• A knack for root cause analysis

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Mass Spectrometry
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/ServiceMax)
• Italian language skills
