Qualifications & Competences
- Minimum of two years of front office experience in a luxury environment.
- Cordial host with a deep understanding of exceptional service.
- Initial experience in leadership, with a passion for coaching and training team members.

Tasks & Challenges
- Supervise and support the Front Office team for smooth, efficient, and personalized guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage high volumes of guest arrivals and departures during peak periods while maintaining personalized service.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, handling special requests, and ensuring consistent personalized service.
- Facilitate smooth, detailed, and effective daily shift handovers.
- Monitor the accuracy of guest billing and address any discrepancies.
- Conduct daily briefings, providing updates on occupancy, VIP arrivals, and other essential information.
- Address guest complaints or service issues, ensuring resolutions that uphold the hotel's reputation.
- Ensure adherence to all Chenot policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Drive upselling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel.
- Prepare operational reports and participate in departmental meetings representing the front office management team.
- Assume responsibilities of the Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) and Front Office Manager (FOM) during their absence to maintain leadership and high operational standards.
