Qualifications & Competences

  • Front Office experience of at least two years in a similar luxury environment
  • Cordial host with a profound understanding of service excellence
  • Initial leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and training team members
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
  • Team player with a helpful, friendly, and open personality
  • Flexible and conscientious with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to maintain composure and clarity in high-pressure situations
  • Strong decision-making skills

Tasks & Challenges

  • Supervise and support the Front Office team to ensure seamless and personalized guest check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage high volumes of guest arrivals and departures during peak periods while delivering personalized service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, catering to special requests and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
  • Facilitate smooth and effective daily shift handovers.
  • Monitor the accuracy of guest billing and address any discrepancies.
  • Conduct daily briefings, offering updates on occupancy, VIP arrivals, and other essential information.
  • Address guest complaints or service issues, ensuring resolutions that uphold the hotel’s esteemed reputation.
  • Ensure adherence to all Chenot policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Promote upselling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel.
  • Prepare operational reports and represent the front office management team in departmental meetings.
  • Act as a representative for the Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) and Front Office Manager (FOM) in their absence, maintaining high operational standards and leadership continuity.
