Main Tasks
As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our guests upon arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. Your role will involve assisting with all matters related to accommodation, reservations (for both rooms and restaurants), and billing. Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities will be your primary objective.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence and take reservations in German, English, and French.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for our discerning guests.
- Prepare various billing statements.
- Coordinate restaurant and massage reservations.
- Provide daily support to the concierge and front desk area.
Profile
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact.
- Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; proficiency in French and Italian is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable.
- Demonstrated team spirit and commitment.
- A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners.
- Ability to maintain organization and composure in busy situations.
- A guest-oriented mindset and an ability to work independently.
