Main Tasks
As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care for our guests from their arrival to departure and throughout their stay, your role will involve assisting with all matters related to accommodation, reservations (for both rooms and restaurants), and billing. Your primary objective will be to ensure guest satisfaction while facilitating the smooth operation of daily activities.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French.
- Managing the check-in and check-out process for our discerning guests.
- Preparing various billing statements.
- Managing restaurant and massage reservations.
- Providing daily support to the concierge and front desk areas.
Profile
- Proven experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact.
- Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school.
- Very good proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable.
- Team spirit and strong commitment to service excellence.
- A flexible and resilient personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to stay organized and maintain composure in hectic situations.
- A guest-oriented mindset combined with an independent working style.
