Main Tasks

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure comprehensive care for our guests from their arrival to departure and throughout their stay. Your role will involve assisting with all matters related to accommodation, reservations (including rooms and restaurants), and billing. Your main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the smooth operation of daily activities.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French
  • Check-in and check-out of our discerning guests
  • Preparing various billing statements
  • Managing restaurant and massage reservations
  • Providing daily support to the concierge and front desk area

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in a role with direct guest contact
  • Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school
  • Very good skills in German and English; proficiency in French and Italian is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable
  • A strong team spirit and commitment to excellence
  • A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners
  • The ability to stay organized and remain calm in hectic situations
  • A guest-oriented mindset and an independent working style
