Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive care to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure, and throughout their stay. You will assist with all matters related to accommodation, reservations, and billing, always striving to ensure guest satisfaction while facilitating the smooth operation of daily activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence and take reservations in German, English, and French.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for our discerning guests.
- Prepare various billing statements accurately.
- Oversee restaurant and massage reservations.
- Provide daily support to the concierge/front desk area.
Candidate Profile
- Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact.
- Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school.
- Strong proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Protel-Air reservation system is desirable.
- Possess team spirit and strong commitment.
- A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners.
- Capable of staying organized and calm even in hectic situations.
- Exhibit a guest-oriented mindset and an independent working style.
