Main Tasks

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in providing comprehensive care to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your primary focus will be to assist them with all aspects of their stay, including accommodation, reservations, and billing. Striving for guest satisfaction and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities will be at the forefront of your responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling correspondence and reservations in German, English, and French
  • Check-in and check-out of our discerning guests
  • Preparing various billing statements accurately
  • Managing restaurant and massage reservations
  • Providing daily support to the concierge and front desk area

Profile

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact
  • Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school
  • Very good skills in German and English; proficiency in French and Italian is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable
  • A strong sense of team spirit and commitment
  • A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners
  • The ability to stay organized and remain calm even in hectic situations
  • A guest-oriented mindset and an independent working style
