Main Tasks

In this role, you will ensure the comprehensive care of our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure, assisting them with all matters related to accommodation, reservations (rooms and restaurants), and billing. Your main objective is to strive for guest satisfaction while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French
  • Check-in and check-out procedures for our discerning guests
  • Preparing various billing statements
  • Managing restaurant and massage reservations
  • Providing daily support to the concierge and front desk areas

Profile

  • Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact
  • Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school
  • Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable
  • A strong team spirit and commitment to excellence
  • A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain composure in hectic situations
  • A guest-oriented mindset and independent working style
