Qualifications & Competences

• Previous experience in the front office of a luxury hotel.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in other languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel software such as "Protel" or "Protel Air" is desirable.
• A passion for providing service at the highest level.
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, maintaining composure in stressful situations.
• A positive team player who actively supports colleagues.
• Students from recognized Swiss hotel management schools are welcome, including those looking for internships (minimum 12 months).

Tasks & Challenges

• Deliver a warm welcome and provide attentive, personalized care to our international guests, ensuring their stay is truly exceptional.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, along with coordinating administrative activities at the reception in accordance with Chenot standards.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with and contribute to the development of quality standards.
