Qualifications & Competences

  • Previous experience in front office operations within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in additional languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with hotel software such as “Protel” or “Protel Air” is preferred.
  • Exceptional hosting abilities: A passion for providing the highest level of service.
  • Strong organizational skills: Able to maintain composure and efficiency in stressful situations.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor: Always willing to support colleagues and contribute proactively.
  • Currently enrolled in a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internships of at least 12 months are also welcomed.

Tasks & Challenges

  • Deliver a warm welcome and provide both professional and personal care to our international guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures while coordinating and overseeing administrative activities at the reception in accordance with Chenot standards.
  • Address and professionally resolve guest complaints.
  • Uphold and further develop our quality standards.
