Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in the front office of a luxury hotel environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of one or more additional languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with hotel software such as «Protel» or «Protel Air» is desirable
  • Exceptional service skills: a passion for providing the highest level of hospitality
  • Strong organizational abilities and resilience: capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude: ready to support colleagues and engage proactively
  • Currently a student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internships of a minimum of 12 months are welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized care for our international guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes, as well as manage and coordinate administrative tasks at the reception while adhering to Chenot standards
  • Professionally address and resolve guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our quality standards
