Qualifications & Competencies

• Previous experience in front office roles within the luxury hotel sector
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in one or more additional languages (Russian, Italian, or French) is advantageous
• Familiarity with hotel software, preferably "Protel" or "Protel Air"
• A passion for delivering outstanding service at the highest levels
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• A team player with a positive demeanor who actively supports colleagues
• Current student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school; internships of a minimum duration of 12 months are also welcome

Tasks & Challenges

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized care for our international guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring they have an exceptional stay
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes, along with coordinating and managing administrative tasks at the reception, in alignment with Chenot standards
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism
• Adhere to and continually enhance our quality standards
