THE MISSION
We are seeking a junior freelancer, student, or recent graduate in digital communication, marketing, or content creation to assist us in developing our digital communication strategy.
This mission involves two complementary projects:
- BeeBoo – a premium agency specializing in recruiting nannies and childcare services for families in Geneva and the Vaud canton.
- Pop.Pins Academy – a project focused on workshops and training for early childhood, parenting, and professionals in the field, currently in development.
The objective is to create a coherent, modern, and attractive communication strategy, enhancing our visibility, strengthening our brand image, and effectively generating new contacts and clients.
YOUR MISSION
You will be involved in:
- Defining the content pillars and editorial line for BeeBoo and Pop.Pins Academy;
- Proposing a communication strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn;
- Developing an acquisition strategy through social media and, if necessary, Google Ads or digital campaigns;
- Building an editorial calendar;
- Creating ideas for Reels, carousels, posts, and Stories;
- Producing visual and written content;
- Using Canva to create modern and reusable materials;
- Preparing communication surrounding future Pop.Pins Academy workshops;
- Suggesting campaign ideas and actions to expand our clientele;
- Analyzing results and proposing improvements;
- Providing insights on current trends and best practices in digital communication.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek not just someone to publish content, but a creative, autonomous individual capable of understanding a brand, devising strategies, and transforming ideas into compelling content.
You should be:
- Creative and curious;
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn;
- Skilled in using Canva;
- Able to create aesthetic and contemporary content;
- Interested in trends and new digital formats;
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is a significant advantage;
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive;
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and small organizations;
- Sensitive to premium, lifestyle, family, childhood, or training themes.
