?️ The Mission
We are on the lookout for a junior freelancer, student, or recent graduate specializing in digital communication, marketing, or content creation to assist in enhancing our digital presence.
This mission involves two complementary projects:
- BeeBoo – a premium agency focused on recruiting nannies and providing childcare services for families in Geneva and the Vaud canton.
- Pop.Pins Academy – a developing initiative offering workshops and training on early childhood, parenting, and professional development for childcare providers.
Your objective will be to establish a coherent, modern, and captivating communication strategy with a focus on enhancing visibility, improving brand image, and ultimately generating new contacts and clients.
?️ Your Mission
You will be involved in:
- Defining the content pillars and editorial line for BeeBoo and Pop.Pins Academy.
- Proposing a communication strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Developing an acquisition strategy via social media and, as necessary, Google Ads/digital campaigns.
- Building an editorial calendar.
- Creating concepts for Reels, carousels, posts, and Stories.
- Producing visual and written content.
- Using Canva to design modern and reusable materials.
- Preparing communication for upcoming Pop.Pins Academy workshops.
- Suggesting campaign ideas and actions to expand our clientele.
- Analyzing results and proposing improvements.
- Offering insights on current trends and best practices in digital communication.
✨ The Profile We Are Looking For
We are in search of a creative, autonomous individual who understands brand dynamics, can devise strategic approaches, and transform ideas into compelling content. You should embody the following:
- ✔️ Creative and curious.
- ✔️ Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- ✔️ Skilled in Canva.
- ✔️ Capable of producing aesthetic and up-to-date content.
- ✔️ Interested in trends and emerging digital formats.
- ✔️ Fluent in French; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- ✔️ Autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- ✔️ Comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and small teams.
- ✔️ Sensitive to premium, lifestyle, family, childhood, or training themes.
