Join Our Team

To support our ongoing growth, LMS is seeking talented hardware engineers to join our dynamic team in Baar, Switzerland. As a valued member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on interaction with advanced technology in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Engaging in business requirements discussions to:
    • Propose and evaluate solutions to meet technological and performance requirements.
    • Conduct research to identify potential solutions.
    • Transform validated solutions into high-level architecture designs.
  • Creating or modifying design schematics and circuitry at both unit and system levels.
  • Executing logic simulations of RTL to verify conformance, functionality, and timing reliability.
  • Designing and implementing performance benchmarking tools and plans.
  • Managing and maintaining project components, including code and design documentation, code base/version control, and project management tools.
  • Creating or modifying design and code in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Golang, NodeJS, and Java.
  • Conducting peer code reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

If you possess experience with one or more of the following, we would love to meet you:

  • FPGA design, including timing closure, design cycles, and simulation/testing tools.
  • Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or Vivado.
  • Simulator experience (e.g., Modelsim).
  • Working knowledge of Ethernet/IP/TCP and familiarity with packet processing.
  • Experience in PCI-Express device driver or Linux kernel module development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, JAVA, or Embedded Software development.
  • Familiarity with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and network tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl).
  • Experience with distributed version-control systems, preferably Git.
