JOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently seeking a Founder's Associate (100%) to start in St. Gallen for a minimum of 24 months, with an opportunity for an expatriate mission afterward.

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals. You will need to work with a strong focus on details while maintaining an understanding of the broader picture. This unique opportunity involves responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Board management, legal affairs, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new team members.
  • Brand & Communication: Developing the corporate and founder's brand.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, and producing business analyses.
  • Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquisition of locals, and quality control of both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is adaptable, willing to tackle a diverse range of tasks—some of which may be routine yet essential for our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
  • Minimum one international experience (e.g., work mission or study/internship abroad).
  • Strong social skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Able to work with limited guidance while proactively collaborating with various stakeholders, easily transitioning between topics.
  • Business acumen to evaluate company-level priorities and make impactful decisions, even amidst ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month during the first year, with increases anticipated as the business grows.
