POSITION AVAILABLE

Founder’s Associate (100%)

This position, based in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, offers the possibility of an expat mission afterwards. We are seeking highly ambitious, diligent, and multi-faceted individuals who can maintain a sharp focus on details while also grasping the broader company vision. This unique opportunity grants you responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Involving board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and establishing partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top candidates.
  • Brand & Communication: Developing corporate and founder branding.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, market screening, competitive analysis, and growth modeling.
  • Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, local acquisitions, and ensuring quality control of locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO's office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is eager to work hard and undertake a variety of tasks, some of which may be routine but are crucial to the company's success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or extensive experience within a political party.
  • One international experience (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong social skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Adept at working with limited guidance while proactively collaborating with stakeholders both within and outside of LocalBini.
  • Business acumen to think at the company level, identify the most beneficial pathways for the business, and work on initiatives with broad impacts.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory. Proficiency in a third language is an advantage!

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. The compensation package includes both a cash salary and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month during the first year, with expected increases as the business grows.
