We are looking for a

Founder’s Associate (100%)

This position, based in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, offers the exciting potential for an EXPAT mission thereafter.

This role is designed for highly ambitious, dedicated, and multi-talented individuals. If you excel at focusing on details while maintaining a broad understanding of the bigger picture, this unique opportunity is for you. You will be entrusted with responsibilities in the following areas:

• Corporate & Governance: Handling board meetings, legal matters, fundraising, and public affairs.
• Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Talent: Sourcing and recruitment.
• Brand & Communication: Managing corporate and founder branding.
• Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
• Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, and creating growth models.
• Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
• Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquiring locals, and ensuring quality control of experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is not only willing to work hard but is also prepared to tackle a wide variety of tasks, even those that might be considered mundane but remain essential.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or sustained experience in a political party.
• One international experience (e.g., work mission or internship abroad).
• Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, transitioning smoothly between diverse topics.
• Business acumen to assess what benefits the company, focusing on impactful areas that drive growth, product excellence, and brand image, even amidst uncertainty.
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory); knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

WHAT WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office position) for a minimum of 24 months, featuring a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month for the first year, with potential increases as the business expands.
