POSITION AVAILABLE: Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals. We seek someone who can maintain focus on details while comprehensively understanding the larger picture. As a Founder’s Associate, you will be entrusted with responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Board management, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and building partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Brand & Communication: Managing corporate and founder branding efforts.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and developing growth models.
  • Other: Addressing people topics, knowledge areas, and organizational challenges.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, local acquisition, and maintaining quality control over experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You are an all-rounder ready to collaborate closely with the founder and the CEO’s office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is willing to undertake a diverse range of tasks—some of which may be routine but are essential for the organization.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, a startup, or long-term experience within a political party.
  • Experience living or working internationally (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Able to work independently while proactively collaborating with multiple stakeholders, navigating various topics successfully.
  • Business acumen: capable of assessing what best serves the company’s interests and making sound decisions amid ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. The compensation package includes a combination of cash and equity, starting with a cash salary of CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with adjustments as the business grows.
