POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)
This role is designed for highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individuals. We seek candidates who can maintain focus on details while comprehending the overarching vision of our company. This unique opportunity entrusts you with responsibilities in the following areas:
- Corporate & Governance: Board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new team members.
- Brand & Communication: Managing corporate branding and the founder's brand.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, conducting market and competition analysis, producing business analyses, and building growth models.
- Other: Addressing people topics, knowledge topics, and organizational matters.
- Operations: Managing business processes, acquiring locals, and ensuring the quality of experiences.
ABOUT YOU
You possess a comprehensive mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO's office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is dedicated, willing to perform a variety of tasks, and understands that even the less glamorous jobs are crucial to our success.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, a startup, or long-term involvement with a political party.
- At least one international experience, such as a work mission or an internship abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work with limited guidance and collaborate proactively with multiple stakeholders across and outside of LocalBini.
- Business acumen: The capability to think at the company level and assess the best interests of the business while making informed decisions, even in ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
WE OFFER
A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, accompanied by a competitive salary package that includes both cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month for the first year and will increase as the business grows.
