POSITION AVAILABLE

We are currently seeking a Founder’s Associate (100%) for an exciting opportunity starting in St. Gallen for 24 months, with potential for an EXPAT mission afterwards.

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individuals. You should be able to work with a focused attention to detail while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the bigger picture. This unique opportunity includes responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: board, legal, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.
  • Growth: supporting marketing initiatives, partnerships, etc.
  • Talent: sourcing and recruiting.
  • Brand & Communication: corporate brand, founder’s brand.
  • Product: identify and explore strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: contribute to the strategic vision of the company, screen markets and competition, produce business analyses, build models of growth, etc.
  • Other: people topics, knowledge topics, organizational topics.
  • Operations: business processes, acquisition of locals, quality control of locals, quality control on experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO-office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is willing to engage in a diverse range of tasks—some of which may be routine but are still essential to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or substantial experience in a political party.
  • At least one international experience (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside of LocalBini; you should be adept at switching topics while maintaining a similar level of impact.
  • Business sense: ability to assess what is best for the company and work on topics with cross-cutting impacts. Understanding what can enhance a business (product-wise, commercially, in terms of image, etc.) and making sound decisions in ambiguous situations is crucial.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. The salary package consists of cash plus shares, with a cash proportion set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, increasing as the business grows.
