We are seeking a highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individual for the position of:

Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role will commence in St. Gallen for 24 months, with the possibility of an expat mission thereafter. This unique opportunity empowers you with significant responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Board operations, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new team members.
  • Brand & Communication: Corporate branding and personal branding for the founder.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and building growth models.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquisition and quality control of locals, and ensuring the quality of experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess a versatile mindset and will collaborate closely with the founder and the CEO's office team at LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is committed to hard work and is open to tackling a diverse array of tasks, some of which may seem mundane yet are crucial to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, a startup, or substantial experience in a political party.
  • Experience in an international setting (e.g., work assignment or internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance while proactively collaborating with various stakeholders within and outside of LocalBini.
  • Business acumen: Understanding what drives a successful business, including product quality, commercial success, and brand image, while making informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-person) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package comprising cash and shares. The cash portion will be CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with the potential for increase as the business grows.
