POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)
We are seeking a highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individual to join our team in St. Gallen for a 24-month period, with potential opportunities for expat missions thereafter. This role is designed for those who can maintain a focused and detail-oriented approach while grasping the overarching vision of our company. You will be entrusted with responsibilities across several key areas:
- Corporate & Governance: Engaging in board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Brand & Communication: Developing the corporate and founder’s brand.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, and formulating growth models.
- Other: Addressing people-related topics, knowledge-sharing, and organizational matters.
- Operations: Overseeing business processes, the acquisition and quality control of locals, and ensuring the quality of experiences offered.
ABOUT YOU
You possess a versatile mindset and will closely collaborate with the founder and the CEO's office at LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is ready to engage in varied responsibilities, including tasks that may be routine but are nonetheless crucial to our operations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/VC, startups, or significant roles in a political party.
- International experience, such as work missions or internships abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work with limited guidance while proactively collaborating with diverse stakeholders both within and outside of LocalBini.
- Business acumen to evaluate what is best for the company, focusing on product excellence, commercial viability, and brand reputation, making sound decisions even amidst uncertainty.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is an added advantage.
WE OFFER
A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, accompanied by a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month during the first year and will increase as the business expands.
