Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multifaceted individuals. We seek those who can maintain a strong focus on details while grasping the broader vision. This unique opportunity comes with responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: board activities, legal affairs, fundraising, meetings, public relations, etc.
  • Growth: supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Brand & Communication: managing corporate and founder branding.
  • Product: identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: contributing to the company's strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, and developing growth models.
  • Operations: refining business processes, acquiring locals, ensuring quality control of both locals and experiences.
  • Additional Tasks: managing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.

ABOUT YOU

You possess a versatile mindset and will collaborate closely with the founder and the CEO-office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is willing to undertake a variety of tasks—some of which may be routine yet essential to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/venture capital, a startup, or significant experience in a political party.
  • At least one international experience (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Capacity to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and outside LocalBini.
  • Business acumen: ability to think from a company-wide perspective to assess optimal business strategies and understand the factors contributing to business excellence.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

WE OFFER

An exceptional opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. The remuneration package includes a combination of cash and shares, with an initial cash component set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, increasing as the business expands.
