POSITION AVAILABLE: Founder’s Associate (100%)

We are seeking a highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individual to join our dynamic team. This role will initially be based in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, with potential for an international assignment thereafter.

This unique opportunity will give you responsibilities across various domains, including:

  • Corporate & Governance: Handling board matters, legal issues, fundraising, public affairs, and meetings.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and building partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new team members.
  • Brand & Communication: Managing both corporate and founder branding.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, analyzing competition, and developing growth models.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, local talent acquisition, and quality control of both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an allrounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is ready to tackle a diverse range of tasks that, while sometimes tedious, are essential to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a prominent university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or prolonged experience within a political party.
  • Experience living or working internationally (e.g., an internship or work mission abroad).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with various stakeholders, transitioning effectively among different tasks.
  • Business acumen: able to evaluate what is best for the organization while making informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-person) for a minimum of 24 months. We provide a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component starts at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with future increases tied to business growth.
