POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role, starting in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, with opportunities for international assignments thereafter, is designed for highly ambitious and multi-talented individuals. We seek individuals who possess a keen focus on details while maintaining an understanding of the overarching vision. This unique opportunity encompasses responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top candidates.
  • Brand & Communication: Building corporate and founder's brand identity.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision of the company, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and developing growth models.
  • Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquiring local experts, and ensuring quality control of both locals and experiences.

You possess a versatile skill set and an all-rounder mindset. Collaborating closely with the founder and the CEO-office team at LocalBini AG, you will ensure business continuity and foster growth. The ideal candidate is committed to hard work and is willing to undertake a broad spectrum of tasks, even those that may seem mundane yet essential.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/venture capital, a startup, or a long-standing association with a political party.
  • At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders both within and outside of LocalBini.
  • Business acumen: the capability to think at the company level, recognizing what best serves the business across various facets, including product, commercial viability, and brand image, while making sound decisions amidst ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (on-site) for a minimum duration of 24 months. We offer a competitive salary package, comprised of cash and equity, with the cash component set at CHF 5,000 per month during the first year, escalating as the business expands.
