POSITION AVAILABLE: Founder’s Associate (100%)
This role, based in St. Gallen for 24 months, is ideal for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals. The successful candidate will be entrusted with crucial responsibilities in the following areas:
- Corporate & Governance: Involves board, legal, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Brand & Communication: Managing the corporate brand and the founder’s brand.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision, market screening, competition analysis, and growth modeling.
- Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
- Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquisition of locals, and quality control of experiences.
ABOUT YOU
You possess an all-rounder mindset, working closely with the founder and the CEO-office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle a wide variety of tasks, some of which may be “boring” but are essential to the business.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
- At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside LocalBini, seamlessly transitioning between topics.
- Business acumen with the capacity to assess what will benefit the company at a strategic level, including product quality, commercial success, and brand image, even in uncertain situations.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; a third language is a plus.
WE OFFER
A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum duration of 24 months, with a compensation package consisting of cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month for the first year and will increase as the business expands.
