POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, dedicated, and multi-talented individuals who can maintain focus on intricate details while grasping the broader vision. In this unique opportunity, you will be entrusted with responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance (board, legal, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.)
  • Growth (supporting marketing initiatives, partnerships, etc.)
  • Talent (sourcing and recruiting)
  • Brand & Communication (corporate brand, founder’s brand)
  • Product (identify and explore strategic product opportunities)
  • Strategy (contributing to the strategic vision of the company, market analysis, business modeling, etc.)
  • Other (people topics, knowledge topics, organizational topics)
  • Operations (business processes, acquisition of locals, quality control of locals and experiences)

ABOUT YOU

You possess an allrounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is diligent and versatile, willing to engage in a wide array of tasks, some of which may be routine yet essential.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or significant experience within a political party
  • At least one international experience (e.g., an overseas work assignment or internship)
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work with limited guidance while proactively collaborating with multiple stakeholders both within and outside of LocalBini
  • Business acumen: the capacity to assess what best serves the company and engage in cross-functional topics, making sound decisions even amidst uncertainty
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month during the first year and will increase as the business expands.
