POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)
This role is designed for highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individuals. We seek candidates who can maintain a sharp focus on details while comprehending the broader perspective. This unique opportunity offers you responsibilities in the following areas:
- Corporate & Governance: Managing board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates.
- Brand & Communication: Developing the corporate and founder's brand.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision of the company, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and building growth models.
- Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
- Operations: Managing business processes, acquiring locals, and ensuring quality control of both locals and experiences.
ABOUT YOU
You possess an allrounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is prepared to work diligently across a variety of tasks, some of which may be routine yet essential.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
- At least one international experience (e.g., work assignment or internship abroad).
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and outside of LocalBini.
- Business acumen: understanding what contributes to business success and making informed decisions even in ambiguous situations.
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory); proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
WE OFFER
A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package consisting of cash and shares. The cash portion starts at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with potential increases as the business grows.
