POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)
This role is designed for highly ambitious, hard-working, and multi-talented individuals. If you can work with a strong focus and attention to detail while still grasping the larger picture, this is a unique opportunity for you. You will be entrusted with responsibilities in the following areas:
- Corporate & Governance (board, legal, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.)
- Growth (supporting marketing initiatives, partnerships, etc.)
- Talent (sourcing and recruiting)
- Brand & Communication (corporate brand, founder’s brand)
- Product (identify and explore strategic product opportunities)
- Strategy (contribute to the strategic vision of the company, analyze markets and competition, produce business analyses, build growth models, etc.)
- Other (people topics, knowledge topics, organizational topics)
- Operations (business processes, acquisition of locals, quality control of locals, quality control of experiences)
ABOUT YOU
You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team of LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is willing to work hard across a wide variety of tasks—some of which may seem monotonous but are essential to the role.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
- At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across LocalBini and beyond.
- Business acumen: capacity to assess what is best for the company and work on topics with cross-cutting impacts, along with making sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory); a third language is a plus!
WE OFFER
A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months. You will receive a salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash portion is set to CHF 5,000 per month in the first year and will increase as the business grows.
