Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals who can work with intense focus while maintaining an understanding of the overall big picture. This unique opportunity grants you responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Engaging with boards, legal matters, fundraising efforts, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and building partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates.
  • Brand & Communication: Developing corporate and founder's branding strategies.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company’s strategic vision, market analysis, and growth modeling.
  • Other: Addressing people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Managing business processes, acquiring locals, and ensuring quality control on both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-around mindset and will collaborate closely with the founder and the CEO-office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is willing to embrace a variety of tasks, including those that may be seen as mundane yet are essential to success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology firms, finance/VC, a startup, or a long-standing position within a political party.
  • At least one international experience (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while proactively collaborating with multiple stakeholders both within and outside of LocalBini.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with an ability to assess what would be best for the company and understand cross-cutting impacts.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; a third language is a plus.

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (on-site) for a minimum of 24 months, complemented by an attractive salary package that includes both cash and share options. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with the potential for increase as the business expands.
