POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)

We are seeking a highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individual for this dynamic role. This unique opportunity allows you to take on significant responsibilities in various areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Involvement in board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Source and recruit top talent.
  • Brand & Communication: Manage corporate branding and the founder's brand.
  • Product: Identify and explore strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contribute to the company's strategic vision, analyze markets and competition, produce business analyses, and build growth models.
  • Other: Address people, knowledge, and organizational topics.
  • Operations: Oversee business processes, acquisition of locals, and quality control of both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-around mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is eager to work diligently across a wide variety of tasks, some of which may be essential yet less exciting.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration/Finance/Business & Technology/Strategy/Business Innovation/International Management from a leading university.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or long-term experience in a political party.
  • At least one international experience (e.g., work mission or semester/internship abroad).
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of LocalBini.
  • Strong business acumen to assess the best interests of the company and make impactful decisions, even amidst ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory); a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

A unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash portion is set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year and is expected to increase as the business evolves.
