Founder’s Associate (100%)

This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals. We seek individuals who can maintain a focused and detailed approach while comprehensively understanding the larger context. This unique opportunity involves responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Board management, legal affairs, fundraising, meetings, public affairs, etc.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Brand & Communication: Corporate brand development and management of the founder's brand.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the strategic vision of the company, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and modeling growth.
  • Operations: Overseeing business processes, acquiring locals, and ensuring quality control of both locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You possess an all-around mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO office team of LocalBini AG to ensure business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is prepared to engage in a wide array of tasks, some of which may be routine but are nonetheless vital to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/venture capital, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
  • At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
  • Strong social skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Capacity to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside LocalBini.
  • Business acumen: Ability to think at the company level, evaluating what benefits the business as a whole. An understanding of elements that contribute to greatness in product, commercial success, and brand image is essential.
  • Proficiency in English and German (mandatory); fluency in a third language is a plus!

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months, with a competitive salary package comprising cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month for the first year, with the potential for increase as the business grows.
