Founder’s Associate (100%)
This role is designed for highly ambitious, hardworking, and multi-talented individuals. We seek people who can work with exceptional focus and attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of the broader picture. This unique opportunity empowers you with responsibilities in the following areas:
- Corporate & Governance: Involvement in board activities, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
- Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and developing partnerships.
- Talent: Sourcing and recruiting new team members.
- Brand & Communication: Managing corporate branding and the founder's personal brand.
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, market screening, competitive analysis, and developing growth models.
- Other: Addressing people-related, knowledge-based, and organizational topics.
- Operations: Overseeing business processes, recruiting locals, and ensuring quality control of experiences.
ABOUT YOU
You possess an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO's office team at LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is willing to engage in a variety of tasks, some of which may be routine yet vital for the organization.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, finance/VC, a startup, or substantial experience in a political party.
- At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
- Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- The ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and outside LocalBini.
- Business acumen: Understand what contributes to business excellence and make informed decisions, even in ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is a plus!
WE OFFER
Join our team in St. Gallen (in-office) for a minimum of 24 months in a unique role. The compensation package includes a combination of a competitive cash salary and equity. The cash portion is set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with increases aligned with business growth.
