In Deloitte Risk, Regulatory & Forensic, you will assist clients in investigating complex accounting issues, fraud, and other misconduct, safeguarding their assets and reputation. Collaborating closely with experienced investigators, you will analyze financial data, reveal insights, and provide clients with clear, fact-based findings to support informed decision-making.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Support forensic accounting engagements, including financial fraud investigations, fraud prevention, forensic examinations, and the analysis of claims for financial losses.
  • Assist clients with complex business issues and summarize findings in high-quality reports.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) in German/French and English, including the ability to create and deliver presentations, assist in interviews, and facilitate client workshops.
  • Work closely with leadership on going-to-market activities and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
  • Use data-driven techniques to establish the who, what, when, where, and how of each case.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary global network and engage in continuous learning.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative problem-solver who enjoys working through complex financial information.
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Initial exposure to audit, tax advisory, controlling, or forensic accounting through internships, case studies, or academic projects.
  • Fluency in English and either German or French.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with data analytics tools.
  • An interest in pursuing CPA, CFE, or similar certifications.
