Job Description
- Independent management of construction sites in tunnel and underground construction
- Coordination and deployment planning of personnel, machinery, and materials
- Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality control
- Implementation of construction work according to plans and technical specifications
- Ensuring work safety and compliance with all regulations
- Close collaboration with project management, engineers, and other specialists
Requirements
- Completed training in construction (e.g., bricklayer EFZ) with further education as a site foreman
- Several years of experience in tunnel construction is mandatory
- Leadership experience on construction sites in the infrastructure sector
- Very good language skills in one of the following languages: FR / DE / IT / PT
- Assertiveness as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High resilience and sense of responsibility
