We are currently seeking an experienced and responsible forewoman/foreman in road construction for our clients in the civil engineering and road construction sector, available immediately or as per arrangement.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the independent management and coordination of the construction site. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and supervising site personnel
• Organizing necessary materials, machinery, and equipment
• Monitoring work execution according to the provided plans and specifications
• Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and guaranteeing workplace safety
• Acting as a liaison between construction management, clients, and employees
• Identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
• Collaborating with various teams to enhance workflows

Your strong communication skills are essential for maintaining an informed and positive working environment.

Requirements

We expect candidates to have completed training in construction along with further education as a foreman. Several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering is essential. Additionally, you should possess:

• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
• Assertiveness, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good German language proficiency, both spoken and written
• A driving license of category B is an advantage
