Job Opportunity: Mason Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mason Foreman for our clients in the construction industry. This position is available for temporary assignments or a permanent role, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate work on the construction site.
• Lead and direct employees and smaller workgroups.
• Implement work according to plans, specifications, and instructions.
• Ensure a smooth and timely construction process.
• Coordinate and control material orders and deliveries.
• Act as a point of contact for site management, clients, and other project participants.
• Participate in construction meetings and report on current work progress.
• Engage in masonry and general construction work as required.
• Adhere to quality and safety regulations on the construction site.

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a mason (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
• Further training as a foreman or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in new construction or renovation is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating employees.
• Independent, responsible, and reliable working style.
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented thinking.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Good German language skills.
• Driving license category B is mandatory.
