Your Area of Responsibility with Us:

  • Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the Gastro Care and Gastro Café/Hall areas with active participation in these sectors.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all areas, particularly nursing, catering, and housekeeping.
  • Participation in the organization and execution of events.
  • Ensuring a well-maintained service offering in the nursing departments and in the hall.
  • Organization of living kitchens in close collaboration with the care team.
  • Responsibility for the proper handling of food in the living kitchens.
  • Budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management of beverages and kiosk items.
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations.

What You Bring:

  • Training in gastronomy or hotel management.
  • Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, preferably in a comparable position.
  • Resilient and responsible personality with a motivating and solution-oriented leadership approach.
  • Independent, reliable, and meticulous work style.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office.
