Job Description: Food Data Analyst

In the role of Food Data Analyst (or "Matcher Ninja"), you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of food data from our clients, ensuring accurate calculations of CO₂ footprints and other environmental and health indicators. As you progress, you will also generate, review, and correct CO reports before delivering them to clients, alongside addressing data-related client inquiries. This position requires dedication, diligence, and a passion for contributing to a more sustainable food society. You should possess a good technical skill set, be comfortable working with Excel and data, and have a team-oriented mindset. A background in environmental sciences, food technology, or familiarity with the topics of food and sustainability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate linking of client food data with our environmental data and models
• Acquiring and processing additional product specifications from clients and food producers
• Supporting quality management in food data processing (updating guidelines, documenting missing products, reporting bugs, recommending automation improvements, and enhancing product linking)
• Generating, reviewing, and correcting CO reports
• Assisting with data-related client questions
