Floor Layer / Parquet Layer (m/f/d)

For our client – a renowned and established company in the region – we are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Layer / Parquet Layer (m/f/d) for permanent employment, starting immediately or by arrangement. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a long-term and versatile role in a quality-conscious environment.

Your Main Tasks

• Subfloor Preparation: Professional checking, filling, sanding, priming, and preparing various substrates.
• Laying Work: Precise installation of high-quality parquet, laminate, vinyl, PVC, carpet, and design floor coverings.
• Surface Treatment: Sanding, oiling, sealing, as well as maintenance and refreshing of wooden floors.
• Finish & Service: Installation of skirting boards, transition profiles, and carrying out repair and maintenance work.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: Completed vocational training as a floor layer EFZ, parquet layer, carpenter/joiner, or substantial multi-year experience in the flooring sector.
• Work Style: High quality awareness, clean and independent working style, as well as craftsmanship.
• Mobility: Driving license category B (car) is mandatory or advantageous.
• Personality: Reliability, team spirit, and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
