The company provides industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for a variety of mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.
As a Flight Test Engineer
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and execute Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) operations. You will be part of the operational team, supporting daily activities and gathering essential test performance data during and after flights.
Your Main Tasks
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct all development flight testing requirements related to specific flight profiles.
- Record ground and flight test performance data, presenting the information in clear and concise reports.
- Be fully conversant with all rotorcraft systems, including their limitations and safety procedures outlined in the Flight Manual.
- Take responsibility for the safe and accurate conduct of all ground and air-related rotorcraft testing within the scope of the Flight Test Engineer position.
- Assist the Remote Pilot during pre-flight, in-flight, handover, and pre-landing checklist activities.
- Monitor critical rotorcraft systems.
- Support the development team in defining test scenarios for the verification and validation phases of flight testing for products and prototypes.
- Daily tasks will include test plan and test card generation, real-time data monitoring during ground and flight tests, directing tests, data analysis, documentation, test readiness reviews, and on-aircraft troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with systems, avionics, propulsion, structural, software, and flight controls engineers to facilitate flight testing for the VTOL platform.

- Knowledge of flight test techniques and methods.
- Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Basic understanding of risk management for operations.
- A valid driving license.
