Our company provides industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.
As a Flight Test Engineer
Your primary objective will be to supervise and execute UAS operations. As a key member of our operating crew, you will support day-to-day operations and gather vital test performance data during and after flights.
Your Main Tasks
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct all development flight testing requirements related to specific flight profiles.
- Record ground test and flight test performance data and present findings in clear and concise reports.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all rotorcraft systems, limitations, and safety procedures as outlined in the Flight Manual.
- Ensure the safe and accurate conduct of all Ground and Air related rotorcraft testing under your jurisdiction.
- Assist the Remote Pilot during pre-flight, in-flight, handover, and pre-landing checklist activities.
- Monitor critical rotorcraft systems.
- Support the development team in defining test scenarios for verification and validation during the flight test phase for products and prototypes.
- Perform daily tasks including test plan and test card generation, real-time data monitoring during ground and flight operations, directing tests, data analysis, documentation, and preparation for test readiness reviews.
- Collaborate closely with systems, avionics, propulsion, structural, software, and flight controls engineers to enhance flight testing for the VTOL platform.

- Understanding of flight test techniques and methods.
- Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Matlab/Simulink.
- Basic understanding of Risk Management for operations.
- A valid driving license.
