Your Responsibilities:

• Teach classes on our proprietary Megaformer, an evolution of the classical Pilates Reformer.
• Recruit and onboard new coaches.
• Lead and develop the trainer team.
• Ensure training quality and uphold standards.
• Oversee quality management in class delivery.

What You Bring:

• Passion for fitness, Pilates, and Lagree.
• Strong leadership skills with heart, structure, and clarity.
• Fluency in either German or English.
• Experience in Reformer Pilates or Lagree teaching.
