Your Responsibilities:

• Teach classes on our proprietary Megaformer, an evolution of the classical Pilates Reformer.
• Recruit and onboard new coaches.
• Lead and develop the trainer team.
• Ensure training quality and uphold standards.
• Oversee quality management in class delivery.

What You Bring:

• A passion for fitness, Pilates, and Lagree.
• A love for leading with heart, structure, and clarity.
• Fluency in German or English.
• Experience in teaching Reformer Pilates or Lagree.
