OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we believe that actions define us. This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do as staff and educators for our students. We foster a community that values the power of action, engagement, and participation both inside and outside the classroom.

Our unique holistic education is built around four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values provide a framework for community life for our diverse international student body, which represents over sixty different countries with varied academic backgrounds and future aspirations.

With curricular programmes available in both English and French, our students graduate with an IB or High School Diploma. Small class sizes allow for flexibility in our programmes, and staff are encouraged and supported to bring innovative ideas to their teaching practices.

OUR COMMUNITY

Located in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, Beau Soleil offers an enviable lifestyle with access to skiing in winter and a multitude of outdoor activities throughout the year. Cultural adventures and inspiration are just a short distance away in Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva.

The Beau Soleil campus provides an inspiring work environment with facilities that are truly exceptional. Our commitment to ongoing campus development and maintenance ensures that both students and staff thrive in an environment they can be proud of.

This is a full-time, on-site role that aligns with the school’s dynamic timetable and activity needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM, including evening fitness sessions, as well as an additional Saturday evening session from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The position follows the school calendar, with holidays off.
