Your Profile

If you are passionate about fitness, full of energy, and ready to inspire the next generation, we want you on our team! We are seeking a dynamic fitness professional to join our Fitness Programme and PE Department. In this role, you will lead high-impact training sessions, support PE lessons, and promote a culture of health and resilience throughout the school.

This hands-on position involves:

• Leading group workouts and guiding individual training.
• Maintaining a high-performing fitness environment.
• Assisting with PE events and lessons.
• Engaging with students from diverse backgrounds.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position with a dynamic schedule aligning with school needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM, including evening fitness sessions, with an additional Saturday evening commitment from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This role follows the school calendar and allows for school holidays off.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness sessions and provide personalized training in small groups.
• Design and manage individual fitness plans, incorporating injury prevention and rehabilitation support alongside our medical team.
• Conduct inductions and specialized training sessions, including private and targeted group classes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fitness program aligned with the school's objectives.
• Ensure a safe and professional fitness facility by overseeing daily operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support the PE department with lessons, events, and equipment management.
• Foster a high-performance culture that encourages discipline, motivation, and student engagement.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in fitness and/or within the sports field.
• First-aid certification.

Experience

• Experience in fitness or a coaching role.
• Background in fitness program development and personal training.
• Experience in an educational or PE setting is a plus.
