We’re looking for a dynamic fitness professional to join our Fitness Program and PE Department. If you have a strong fitness background and are eager to take on a broader PE role, this could be your ideal next step. You’ll lead high-impact training sessions, support PE lessons, and promote a culture of health, strength, and resilience throughout the school.

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Lead group workouts and guide individual training.
• Bring energy and structure to every session.
• Help maintain a high-performing fitness environment.
• Assist with PE events and lessons.
• Build strong connections with students from around the world.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday to Friday from 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM, including evening fitness sessions, along with an additional Saturday evening session from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This position follows the school calendar (term time only, with school holidays off).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness sessions and provide personalized training in small groups.
• Design and manage individual fitness plans, tracking progress using dedicated tools.
• Deliver inductions and specialized training, including private sessions and targeted group classes.
• Develop and run a comprehensive fitness program aligned with the school schedule and goals.
• Maintain a safe and professional fitness facility, overseeing daily operations and equipment care.
• Support the PE department with lessons, events, and sports equipment management.
• Promote a high-performance culture, encouraging discipline, motivation, and student engagement in fitness.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in fitness and/or sports field.
• First-aid certification.

Experience

• Experience working in a fitness or coaching capacity.
• Experience in fitness program development and personal training.
• Prior experience in an educational or PE setting is a plus.
