Your Profile

Are you passionate about fitness and eager to inspire the next generation? We are looking for a dynamic fitness professional to join our Fitness Programme and PE Department. This opportunity is perfect for those with a strong background in fitness who are ready to embrace a broader PE role.

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Deliver high-impact training sessions and support PE lessons.
• Lead group workouts and guide individual training.
• Promote a culture of health, strength, and resilience throughout the school.

With a busy calendar of outdoor and sporting activities year-round, you'll have the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to harnessing the transformative power of sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness sessions and provide personalized training in small groups.
• Design and manage individual fitness plans, tracking progress.
• Deliver inductions and specialized training sessions.
• Develop a comprehensive fitness program aligned with school goals.
• Maintain a safe, professional fitness facility and manage daily operations.
• Support the PE department with lessons, events, and equipment management.
• Foster a high-performance culture and student engagement in fitness.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in fitness or sports.
• First-aid certification.

Experience

• Experience in a fitness or coaching capacity.
• Experience in fitness program development and personal training.
• Prior experience in an educational or PE setting is a plus.
